Oral Presentation Preparation
Oral presentations should be always accompanied by PowerPoint presentations. The speakers are entirely responsible for the presentation content (order, graphics etc…). All presentations have to be delivered in English. Please prepare your presentation using an up-to-date version of Microsoft PowerPoint, but older versions are also supported. The screens’ aspect ratio will be 16:9. Please note that Apple Keynote and Prezi presentations are not supported.
There is no template so you can use a template with your company/university logo.
We kindly ask you to include the author’s contact e-mail on the last slide, in the case the audience has any questions, moderators can direct them to the corresponding address.
In order to ensure the smooth running of the sessions, we would highly appreciate it if you could send us your pre-recorded presentation before Congress.
Format: mp4/pptx – Video File – PowerPoint presentation with commentaries is required.

We would like to kindly ask you to send us your video by 31 August 2022 to abstracts@ismst2022.com. You can use WeTransfer or a similar website if your file is too large to be sent via e-mail.
